Programs, bulletins, advertisements and schedules for the Children's School of the National College of Education.  Describes the services and curriculum of the school, special school events and fund raising campaigns. Also includes original announcement of the opening of the demonstration school at the National Kindergarten and Elementary College's new Evanston campus in 1926.

Contains student assessment and evaluation materials, including examples of report cards from other schools in the United States and notes on evaluating students.

Records of the Learning Resource Center of the National College of Education. Bulletin issues talking about the center and a floor plan of the center's facilities.

Psychological, linguistic and cognitive ability tests for children to be administered by schools and state testing agencies.  Created by a number or publishers and authors.  These tests were often administered by the university's Learning Resource Center.

Publications, essays, chilren's stories, transcripts of speeches and method manuals for educators.  Many of the writings are specific to the kindergarten and the kindergarten movement and are written by prominent educators in the Kindergarten Movement and early-childhood education. Collection also includes writings and programs from the International Kindergarten Union and the National Kindergarten Association.
