Scope and Contents Agnes Adams was born in Robinson, IL. in 1897. In 1924, she recieved her Ph. D from the University of Chicago. After graduation, Dr. Adams became a faculty member at the National Kindergarten and Elementary College (which later became the National College of Education). Louise Farwell Davis was on the Faculty of the National Kindergarten and Elementary College/National College of Education from 1928 until ca. 1956.
