Fund raising

Audio and visual recordings from the Office of Institutional Giving recorded on various media including VHS, Beta, U-Matic, cassette, and 8mm film.  Includes interviews, special events, speeches and promotional materials for the college and university.  Individuals in these recordings include university presidents, academics, university alums, major donors and political figures.

Photographs National-Louis University students, faculty alumni and staff involved in various activities related to the university as well as portraits of individuals.  Some of the activities include theater productions, alumni events, athletics, student academic and non-academic activities, college class work, faculty/staff business, commencement photographs, trustee events and special events for speakers or performances.

Books on the kindergarten, education reform, and educational techniques dating from the mid-19th century. Some authors include Friedrich Froebel, Susan Blow and Kate Wiggins. See the NLU book catalog for individual titles and descriptions.
